Everybody forgets their passwords from time to time. Luckily there is an easy fix that only takes a few seconds. 


If you have forgotten your password:

  1. Go to the Log in page and click on Forgot password. 
  2. Enter the email address that your account is linked to into the provided field and click Send reset link. 
  3. Check your inbox for an email from Brownie Points. Open the email and click to reset password. 
  4. You will be redirected to the password reset page where you can enter a new password. 
  5. Once you have entered a new password, go to Log in and use the new password and you are ready to save the world!
