While anyone can access the Brownie Points search page and see all the awesome causes and organisations listed on the platform, in order to access other features (e.g. sign-up to causes, create causes and campaigns, add organisations, see activity, etc) a user will have to be logged in to their account. Users who are admins or the owner of an organisation listed on Brownie Points can only access their accounts, profiles and activity if they are logged in.
In order to log in to Brownie Points with an existing account:
- Go to Brownie Points and select Log in from the drop down menu in the top right corner of the page.
- Type your email address and password into the relevant fields and click Log in.
If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgot password and follow the steps.
If you have not created an account on Brownie Points yet:
- Go to Brownie Points and select Join from the drop down menu in the top right corner of the page.
- Enter your details in the required fields, click to accept the terms and conditions and click on Let's get started! at the bottom of the page.
- Check your email inbox for an email from Brownie Points to verify your email. Open the email and click to verify.
- After verifying your email, your account will be set up and ready to help you make a difference.
